Joel Egelman has owned and HPP, Inc a commercial and multi-family painting company for the last 8 years. He started painting houses during the summers and started a company from scratch to a firm that has a long list of satisfied clients, including Wal-Mart, restaurants, shopping strips and mid size apartment complexes. After starting a drywall division, he started receiving requests to remove asbestos within drywall.
In November of 2008, Joel Egelman along with Bob Phillips, started Asbestos Abatement, Inc.. The company has grown due to exceptional service and communications. The company has many reference projects and testimonials from satisfied customers.

Robert Phillips has over 30 years of production management and project leadership with an emphasis on leading measured performance oriented initiatives with values up to and in excess of $2 billion. As a self-employed Owner/Operator of a residential construction company, Robert Phillips directs, coordinates and consistently completes all projects on time and within budget.
As president of All-Area Maintenance in Altoona, PA, Robert Phillips authored and submitted contract RFP’s and RFQ’s, bidding for major renovation and maintenance projects for a nationally recognized grocery store chain within 5 states. Recruited, hired and directed employees servicing 20 stores throughout the region.
As a correctional officer at a maximum security prison, Robert Phillips, received the required background security check and subsequent security clearance for his position. During his time as Construction Superintendent he consistently completed all projects on time and within budget, complying with OSHA and EPA standards for safety and environmental protection.

Josh Belstock has 6 plus years of management experience and 3 in the environmental industry providing support in numerous different areas. Helping to develop a local Denver based industrial hygiene firm, Josh Belstock was certified as an AHERA / EPA Certified Asbestos & Lead Building Inspector, Air Monitoring Specialist, and AIHA (American Industrial Hygiene Association) proficient Phase Contrast Microscopist. In addition, he also helped to manage the essential functions of the office dealing with finance, human resources, IT, dispatching, and client relations.
In 2004, Josh Belstock graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelors of Art degree with emphasis in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration. Over the past several years, he has helped to stream-line two separate small businesses by fine tuning their processes and procedures to see approximately a ten fold increase in gross revenues for each. He has dedicated his time to knowing the people he works with and understanding the needs of the people he works for, his clients.
In his free time, Josh Belstock enjoys time with his family & friends, his two dogs Soko & Morgan, his ball python snake Consuela, and his beautiful 2000 Honda Integra Type R named Britney. He is also an avid golfer and sports fan with the Denver Broncos being his favorite team.
Dave Bebout was born and raised in the Santa Cruz Mountains, CA, just south of San Francisco. After High School, he traveled to Phoenix, Arizona at the age of 18 where he bought his first house and started his life, attended college, and obtained a Bachelors in Organizational Management with a minor in Political Science.
Professionally, Dave has obtained a Commercial Real Appraisal License in the State of Arizona, FINRA Series 6 Investment License, Colorado Asbestos Building Inspector, Mold Assessor, Indoor Air Quality Inspector, Radon Inspector, Certified Building Energy Auditor, Asbestos Abatement Supervisor and a former adjunct faculty member at Red Rocks Community College for environmental training. Currently, Dave is pursuing his Project Management Professional (PMP) credential from the Project Management Institute.
In his free time Dave enjoys the NFL (Go Niners!), NBA, Music (TOOL, APC, System of a Down, Queens of a Stone Age), photography, traveling, wine and Bodybuilding! Dave hopes to compete in a Bodybuilding tournament within the next 3 years.

Danielle has 20 plus years of management and sales experience. With a passion to make a difference in the health and well-being of human lives and our environment, she has joined Asbestos Abatement, Inc. and their mission as Office Manager. Her last eight years was spent managing a sales force of 20 and their territories of over 1,500 accounts from the Colorado Springs to Fort Collins areas.
As right hand to the CEO, she was able to assist in major business decisions including the selling of 3 companies and an advantageous merger. Joining Asbestos Abatement, Inc. has been a good decision with purpose and meaning. She enjoys being part of a team.
Danielle has 4 kids, 2 Gecko’s and a border collie named Shelby Renee. Hiking, dancing, playing the guitar and singing are a few of the things she likes to do.
John Cofrin has three years’ experience in business management, as well as a diverse background in marketing, business development, computer software, and IT implementation services.
In 2005 John Cofrin graduated from University of Wisconsin Stevens Point with degrees in History and Broad Field Social Sciences. He went on to successfully grow a family-owned service business before joining AT&T as a marketing sales executive, where he helped small businesses streamline their advertising initiatives. In 2008 he joined an engineering software company, subsequently moving to Colorado to manage client relationships. After working for a national IT services company he joined Asbestos Abatement Inc.
In his free time, John Cofrin enjoys being outdoors fishing, camping and hiking. He enjoys traveling to new places, and is a die-hard Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers fan.
